Crisp County Power Commission accepts credit card, debit card, and electronic check payments through a service provided by CollectorSolutions, Inc.
CollectorSolutions, Inc. charges a fee of 2.5% ($1.00 minimum) for credit cards or debit cards to the payer for this convenience. This fee will be charged at the time the payment is authorized.
There is no charge for electronic check payments.
The balance shown online reflects the current account balance. Levelized billing customers should refer to their most recent bill to determine the amount due.
Utility bills must be paid in full prior to the cut off date shown on the bill to avoid disconnection of service - partial payments will not prevent cut off.
Warning of Payment
Assistance Scam: We have become aware
of a multi-state payment assistance scam. Under the scam,
customers are being told that President Obama has approved special
funding through the Federal Reserve Bank for utility bill assistance.
There is no such funding.
Through automated phone calls, text messages, social media, and in person door-to-door visits, the scammers are asking utility customers for personal information such as social security identification numbers. They then provide victims with a fraudulent bank routing number with which to pay their utility bills.
Customers need to remain vigilant and avoid providing their personal or banking information to unknown individuals.
