Lake Blackshear Homeowners Association

This group is made up of property owners and other interested persons around Lake Blackshear. This group was formed as an offshoot of the Lake Blackshear Watershed Association, and it acts as a voice for their members as it relates to property owner issues around the lake. Lake Blackshear has a lot of growth around it and changes due to this growth. They address these changes such as taxes, building codes, boating issues, etc.  Meeting dates for the group are posted on this website.
