Who We AreThe Harris Southeast Users Group is comprised of employees from utilities located primarily in the Southeastern United States who are responsible for the installation and maintenance of a CIS (customer information system) and/or financial package purchased from Harris Computer Systems of Ontario, Canada. Currently, our group includes members from North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Michigan, Indiana, Virginia, Wisconsin, British Virgin Islands, Tennessee, and Ohio - our philosophy is that if you live in the southeast of anywhere, you are more than welcome to join us! Our goal is to facilitate communication between ourselves and with Harris to promote a better understanding of the product and to guide the future direction of the product through common issues and ideas. Meeting InformationMeetings are two days and are held twice a year - typically in January and July - at varying locations throughout the Southeastern U.S. The agendas are user-driven and include round-table discussions, training sessions, and user presentations. The agendas and minutes from each meeting are posted on the Southeast User Group forum of Harris's online customer support center. You must have a valid login and user id to access the forums.
